What’s in Your Personal Care Products?
You buy personal care products to look and feel good. However, did you know that your favorite shampoo, make-up or nail polish contains ingredients that may contribute to cancer development? Moreover, because of the popularity of the so-called “Green Revolution”, companies have learned to stamp their products with attractive words such as “natural” and “organic” even when they aren’t made of authentically natural and organic ingredients. The word “natural” only loans the name and face value, but not the principle and advocacy.

The US Dept. of Health and Human Services have listed household products such as shampoos, body washes and even baby lotions. It’s also one of the main ingredients of nail polishes and hair straighteners.
